SUPPORT FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF CLINICIANS
One of my passions is to support the growth of the next generation of clinicians. To achieve this goal, I provide clinical supervision for clinicians working towards their LMFT or LPC. I have had the honor of supervising many clinicians toward licensure and beyond. Some of the essential elements to the supervisor/supervisee relationship are mutual respect and a sense of safety.
At Open Window Counseling, LLC we take a developmental approach to clinical supervision. Supervision will focus on the internal processes of the supervisee as well as strengthening skills and promoting professional growth.
